Customers can return a product in new condition that has not been used within 14 days of receiving the product and receive a refund.
If the return is made independently to our address in Tel Aviv - a full refund will be given.
If the return is made through the courier company, the shipping cost will be redacted from the full refund (35 NIS).
Returning a product purchased together with another product (as part of a bundle) at a discounted price - the two products must be returned together, or receive a relative refund, without the promotional price.
