You can choose between the alternatives: Delivery by courier to your home within 7 business days (no extra cost) Self-collection from 51 Matalon St., Tel Aviv (by prior arrangement by calling 052-8799047)
Terms for canceling a transaction
Cancellation of a transaction before the delivery of the product - a full refund will be given.
Return of unused product - You can return a product in a new condition that has not been used within 14 days of delivery.
If the return is made independently to our address in Tel Aviv, a full refund will be given.
If the product is returned by a courier on our behalf – the courier cost of 35 NIS will be redacted from the full refund.
Returning a product purchased together with another (bundle) at a discounted price - the two products must be returned together, or receive a relative refund, without the promotional price.
Warranty and business services
One-year warranty: on seams, zippers, filling.
Warranty for the MoonLove pillow filling: You can get an additional filling at the cost of delivery only - 35 NIS (or with self-collection from Tel Aviv at no cost).
If a defect is found in the product when it is received, we will replace it with a new one. You can contact customer service by email at Service.fairy@koalita.co.il.
Privacy policy
This site may use cookies (especially for registered and subscribed users) and internal statistics interfaces in order to maintain anonymous statistical documentation of users or analysis of user traffic, browsing habits, analysis of clicks, and time spent on the site.
